I like the new feel of the website and especially the area regarding recommended vendors. One item I would like to see discussed more is the parking situation. I would like to see more board involvement and enforcement of what I feel is common respect in regards to parking on the street. I would like to see renters attempt to use both spaces available to them (garage & driveway) before using the marked spaces along the street. Also I would like to see more enforcement about homeowners using two spaces to park their vehicles along the road. This just seems unfair and quite rude. Also, I would like to see some rule about individuals who park vehicles which are not used commonly and stay parked on the street for more than 3 days at a time. I believe if we address these issues and enforce them that the parking situation within the neighborhood could become better. Well these are my thoughts what do others think? Please let me know and respond back to anything I have said. Thanks for listening.
I have an issue I would like some guidance on. My next door neighbor has not cleaned their gutters in quite a while and when it rains the water just spills over the side instead of going down the drain and thus the amount of water which splashes from such a great height creates some issues. A puddle forms next to my AC units and my home which I do not believe is good long term and I was wondering what to do about it since the issue is not caused by my own doing. My neighbor and I do not have a good relationship and communication has been difficult over the years. Please lend me some guidance. Thanks
In the last newsletter, it indicated that the amount of money spent on delinquency notices for such things as pressure washing adds up. Query: Why aren't the people who receive the notices charged a late fee to cover the additional expense?
It was also indicated that we would be repairing areas of landscape in front of certain units who parked on their grass. Query: Why are (and who authorized) that the non-negligent homeowners pay for this expense?
